House
We have prepared this old house for
the Rural Tourism. We have a capacity for 12 people in 4 stays
totally equipped. To that we can add beds supletorias. We
throughout watched after its comfort the year.
The Pedregales, original name of
the zone in which it is located the house, has been rehabilitated
respecting the original structure, its ample rows of balconies and
set of beams, but adapting it to the most modern comforts, like a
air conditioning individualized in each one of its stays.
We have come to its restoration with mimo and incorporating the
new elements with the same techniques whereupon they were
constructed long ago. You will be able to by hand verify it in the
embroidered visillos of natural thread, in the pictures that adorn
their walls, in the artisan brick arcs, the furniture rescued and
recovered to make our house more cosy, and yours by the time who
you wish to remain between us.
The patio, that gives access to the different apartments is the
true center of the house. In it is possible to be enjoyed outdoors
the breakfasts or the coolness at night the Vista of mounts of our
town.
The house is divided in different independent apartments, with
diverse capacities.

THE WATCHTOWER. "LA ATALAYA".
With an ample viewpoint that flood it of light, oriented towards
our mount, this apartment consists of 1 dormitories doubles, bath
and hall it cooks.

With direct access from the patio of the house, it consists of
double kitchen, hall with chimney and 2 dormitories, each one of

CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVE
The day of arrival, you will be able to have your room or
apartment from the 13:30. The last day you will have to evacuate
the same one before the 11:00. If the first day you have predicted
to arrive before or if the last day you go later to irte, you do
not worry. We offer a maletero to you where you can leave to your
luggage and a place for cambiarte and asearte. If there is
availability, you have the option to leave your room after the
12:00 paying a supplement.
If iron gates your reserve before 7 days before the date of
arrival, we will receive one night to you of lodging and the rest
of the deposit will be paid to you. Four or less days ahead, you
will lose all your deposit. If you march to you before the
predicted thing and you do not warn in advance, we will receive
one night to you. The confirmed reserves are not valid.

SERVICES
In all the apartments you will find
an ample kitchen totally equipped, microwaves, vitrocerámica,
refrigerator, television set, conditioned air and heating with
individual climatizador for each stay, dinner services, a small
library and of course all the necessary equipment of kitchen, bed
and bath.
We have a service of laundry, in an annexed stay, equipped with
washing machine, dryer and irons, in case it was necessary to you
to use it during your stay.
In brief dates we will put into operation a small restaurant in
which we try to offer a food homemade elaborated with products of
our orchard and a room of baths nailed on the same rock, with
facilities of jacuzzi and sauna.

The House the Pedregales is located
in the municipality of Careenings, villa of the province of
Zaragoza to 108 kilometers of the capital and 25 kilometers of
Calatayud, of whose region it comprises. One is located Siguiente

THE WATER, THE KEY OF THE REGION

PATRIMONY OF CAREENINGS

conserved Ana Trinitaria, who comes from the factories of Malinas,
the Netherlands.
One is a sculpture of the century XVI, whose presence in
Careenings can be justified by means of documents from 1655,
brought of Algeria by a monk Mercedario, call N. Romea.
The technical characteristics, correspond to the entalladores and
escultores of altarpieces of Malinas, Amberes, Brussels, Lieja,
Lovaina, and Utrecht, etc. We do not forget the circumstances
derived from the narrow maintained mercantile relations between
Spain and Flandes, which allowed a cultural interchange of great
openwork.
The technique is of walnut wood stature and has 29 cm. of height,
represents Sta. Ana holding in the same arm the Virgin and the
Boy; with the back flattened in "chuleta". The policromía,

The artistic characteristics are the following ones: The cleared
face, emphasizing the made convex forehead, that empequeñece
